Important: Live Assist for Dynamics 365 is designed to work with the Customer Service Module for Dynamics 365. The configuration is made inside the Dynamics CRM. Articles and information on this support site may not be applicable if you are attempting to use Live Assist for Dynamics 365 with other configurations.

Note: Live Assist for Dynamics 365 is not supported for on-premise deployments of Dynamics.
Minimum requirements
Before installing Live Assist for Dynamics 365, ensure that your Dynamics 365 instance meets the following minimum requirements.
- You have access to an Office 365 Global Administrator with Dynamics Systems Administrator privileges.

Note: If you are not already a Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer, you can sign up for a Dynamics 365 trial.
- CRM version is 8.2 or greater. To check this, inside Dynamics 365 go to Settings > About:

Bandwidth requirements
To operate effectively, co-browse requires a sustainable 100–600 kbps to the Live Assist servers for the agents and visitors. The amount of content can vary depending on the complexity of your visitor pages.
