In Live Assist for Dynamics 365 (LAD365) it is possible to collapse the agent widget. This may be helpful to you if you need more space to review a record in Dynamics 365. Of course, you can expand the widget again to handle a conversation.
To collapse the widget, simply click the arrow icon at the top of it.
While the widget is collapsed, everything happens just as if it were expanded. Conversations come in and messages are received. Everything is still working on the background.
When you are ready to expand the agent widget again, you can do so by once again clicking on the arrow icon.
