The following roles exist in Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365:
- Agent
- Supervisor
- Administrator
The roles are hierarchical.
This means that if you:
- Enable a user as an agent, they have the agent role only.
- Enable a user as a supervisor, they have the agent and supervisor roles only.
- Enable a user as an administrator, they have all three roles (agent, supervisor, and administrator).
- Remove the administrator role from a user, they have the agent and supervisor roles only.
- Remove the supervisor role from a user, they have the agent role only.
- Remove the agent role from a user, they have no roles.
