To associate a Chat Activity with a CRM Contact:
- Press the Open Chat Activity in your Agent Widget.
- Enter a Customer Name or search for a contact.
- By clicking the Contact Name, it will then direct you to a Contact Details window.
- After which you will be able to associate a chat to contact by clicking the button.
Alternatively, to associate an active chat with a contact record:
- Click Search to load the search interface
- Search for a contact
- Click the Associate Contact to Chat button in your Agent Widget
