You may need your Live Assist Organization ID at various times during configuration. For example, you will need it to create a channel provider record for Agent Widget, if you choose to do so manually.
To find your Organization ID, follow these steps.
- Go to the Admin Portal. (How to log into the Admin Portal.)
- Examine the URL in the browser address bar. Your Organization ID is the string after the last slash to the end of the URL.
- Copy this identifier from the URL string.
Important: Your Live Assist Organization ID is not the same as your Microsoft Dynamics Organization ID. It is also not the same as your Account Number. These are all different numbers and used for different purposes.
